Please note that registration in any of our programs constitutes agreement/permission for images, videos, and photos, or other digital media in any and all of BSMART's media, and publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not register.

Cancellation & Refund Policy - Please read carefully.

After registration 50% refund of camp fee (including After Care fee) if cancellation is received more than two weeks before the start of your child's camp.

No refunds for cancellations received less than two weeks before the start of your child's camp.

We are unable to give refunds if camp is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions or "acts of God" or in the case of illness. If your child does take ill and in the event that there is space available in another camp, we will offer your child a place in such camp.

Any eligible refunds are returned by bank transfer into the account of your choosing.
